About the Role
Cloverleaf Care, a fast-growing healthcare services provider based in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its remote operations team in Kenya. This position is 100% remote and follows U.S. day shift hours, requiring work during East Africa’s evening and night hours.
You will play a critical role in scheduling and staffing healthcare shifts, providing outstanding service to U.S.-based clients and caregivers, and supporting HR and operations functions. This role demands exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules and assign healthcare workers to client shifts.
- Manage caregiver screening and hiring processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with field staff and promote caregiver retention.
- Handle phone-based customer service for U.S. clients.
- Prepare staffing reports and support payroll processing.
- Assist in HR-related tasks for healthcare workers.
- Use digital tools and platforms to manage service delivery and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or U.S./UK-based context.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office tools and web-based applications.
- A dedicated, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet.
- HD-quality webcam and clear audio headset for video interviews and client interaction.
- Self-driven and organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and professional phone manner.
