Position Overview
As part of our continued growth in optical sales services, CCBRT is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide respectful, professional service.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate frames and lenses.
- Explain available options and recommend suitable spectacles based on individual needs.
- Notify customers when spectacles are ready and provide updates on any delays.
- Handle customer complaints related to eyewear and provide solutions.
- Maintain showroom inventory and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily sales reports and finance claim forms.
- Provide clear guidance and respond to customer queries effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible, proactive, and a team player.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
